Nanaimo Association for Community Living (NACL) is a non-profit society run by an Executive Director who is responsible to a Board of Directors.

The vision of NACL is to to be a fully participating and contributing member of a community which recognizes and embraces the gifts, capabilities, and potential of persons with developmental disabilities, by providing creative choices that reflect the needs and desires of those we serve.

NACL is committed to building a culture that supports all individuals, including persons served and staff, to have rich, full lives that are centered in authentic relationships with families, friends, colleagues, and the community at large.
