TheNanaimo Association for Community Living is a non-profit society which, directed by Person Centered Thinking, supports individuals with developmental disabilities by providing services that promote whole life balance.
We currently operate several residences, a day program, an employment initiatives program, a home sharing program, and a Snoezelen Room in the Nanaimo area. We also provide respite care by referral. NACL is proudly accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).

NACL is on a new mission, and we'd like to share it with you!
As a result of a collaborative effort, we adopted a new Mission Statement as of November 2011 to better reflect our agency's current philosophy and service offerings:
"Directed by Person Centered Thinking, Nanaimo Association for Community Living supports individuals with developmental disabilities by providing services that promote whole life balance."
