2008 was an exciting year for us, as it saw the launch of NACL's internal employment initiatives program, NACLWorks! We are dedicated to facillitating real paid employment for the people we serve.

NACLWorks! is committed to the person-centered ideas and methods of Customized Employment.  This means allowing the person's interests, talents, and skills to focus the job search, and working with employers to customize positions to the person's abilities and the needs of the business.  Once a position has been secured, we are committed to supporting the person and the business in the employment relationship through job coaching and good communication.
